Gotta use a paper menu no boards to show you and they have a limited supply.
No decent menu
And no real good dine in options
Thin crust pizza and it was so under cooked, the crust still tasted like raw dough, not even toasted at all. Literally had to tear the bite off. A thin crust pizza is supposed to be crunchy
Pretty sad you order stuff and you don't get all your order. I call the store and am told I can come out and pick up what was missing. I am also told the person on the phone is the only one working! I said no you send the missing items the way you sent the order. She says I can't do that.
I called corporate since this isn't the first time they have screwed something up!
Seems to me if your a manager and you only have one person scheduled maybe you should be in the store helping out! I mean that is what a manager is suppose to do!
So I'm out the money I paid for the items I ordered that I didn't get!
Their website is horrible! I attempted twice to redeem my rewards but the website kept locking up and I was never able to redeem the rewards, they really need to work on the website!
We were running late due to car trouble so we called the restaurant to let them know. The gentleman we spoke to said he would make sure our food was still fresh when we arrived. I told them 30 minutes and sure enough, it was hot and fresh when we got there, even though we picked up almost an hour later than planned! Amazing customer service. Above and beyond expectations! Thank you!
